Multi-instrumentalist and singer-songwriter based in South Austin. In the live music capital of the world, I teach guitar, voice, and piano with a focus on songwriting and performance. 10 years of teaching experience.
Teaching Philosophy
Austin is a city of musicians, and I want to add more to the mix. I combine technique with creativity — my students learn to play AND to write, perform, and express themselves through music.

My teenager actually looks forward to guitar lessons, which says a lot. Rachel makes it relevant by teaching songs they actually want to play.
